REDELIVERY/ RETURNED PACKAGES If your order has been returned to sender (ourselves) we will make another attempt to redeliver your package at a cost. The courier will notify you on the first failed attempt, should you be unable to collect your package after these attempts then your order will be returned to us and we will charge a redelivery fee- this fee differs with various country’s shipping charges. Redeliveries to alternate addresses are possible please contact us directly alongside the courier agent.
