A Good Day gift boxes are filled with thoughtful items for those living with Dementia. Although our boxes are aimed at people with Dementia, they are also for partners, carers and families. We hope that we can bring smiles and togetherness for everyone affected, as well as directing to helpful support networks.

The products inside focus on brain stimulation & social interaction as these have proven benefits for those living with Dementia. We also put delicious treats inside too! We change the products in every box, and the surprise is very much part of the experience, and the excitement when your box arrives.

Each box costs £20.00 plus £2.95 delivery.

To subscribe to A Good Day box, you must add the product to your basket by clicking ‘Subscribe’ and then follow the checkout to place an order. Depending on the date you place your order, will dictate which box you receive. Our boxes are shipped once every 2 months.

When you subscribe you will be billed immediately for your first box. You will then be billed on the 1st of the month you receive each box.

The cut-off date for subscription is the last day of the previous month that the box ships. Let’s try this with an example of the December box. To receive the December box, you must subscribe by November 30th.

The boxes are shipped out in the second week of the month (usually around the 9th). There is once box every 2 months and these are December, February, April, June, August and October.

We hope that everybody can enjoy our boxes, and we do not make our products gender specific. Sometimes our boxes are seasonal and this is made clear through the buying process as much as possible.

Absolutely! We encourage participation to our Random Acts of Kindness campaign, where we will donate your box to somebody living with Dementia in the community. You can really make a difference to somebody’s day and they will be so very grateful. Unfortunately we can’t give out the details of the recipient, however we will often post updates with just how your kind donation made someone smile.

The last day to cancel your subscription is the 20th of the preceding month. If you want to cancel your first box, this must be done within the first 14 days of placing your initial order. If you have already got your box and want to cancel within the 14 days, we can offer you a full refund providing you send the box back in an unopened condition.

Let’s take an example of the February box. The cut off date for cancellations is January 20th. So you have until January 20th to make your decision about the February boxes, and send us a cancellation request in your ‘my account’ section.

To avoid confusion, we ask that you wait to cancel the next box till after you receive your current box. There will be plenty of time, between when you receive a box and the next cut off date, to cancel.

We try our best to make sure we package your box so that it’s protective, however it’s possible there can be some accidental damage in the delivery route. Should this happen email us at hello@agoodday.co.uk with a photograph of your box and we will send you out a replacement.

We really hope that you love your box, but if for any reason you change your mind, you can return the box in it’s original unopened condition, and we will be happy to refund this for you.
